Training Options
The 360? View Software is made better when in the hands of trained user. With this in mind, after installing the
software at your institution, a certified 360? View trainer will be on site to train your employees. Training will
ensure your employees maximize the benefit they receive from using the software and can be for a core group of users
or all users. 360? View trainers will work with your internal training staff in effort to help them become certified
360? View trainers within your organization.
On-going training for new users and those wishing a refresher is provided as requested or via the Internet through
our regularly scheduled on-line training sessions. Training sessions are of varying lengths and areas of interest.

General Training
General Training sessions are for everyone and will take about two hours. The session is designed to familiarize the
new user with the software. During training, users will have the opportunity, working in a live environment with their
own customer data, to learn how to log on to the software, change passwords, search customer relationships, enter
prospects, send referrals, track referrals, record customer contacts, enter and track incidents, run reports, and more.
As a testament to 360? View's user-centered design, newly trained employees will immediately be able to effectively use
the software upon leaving class.
Marketing Training
Marketing Training sessions are for a core group of individuals and department heads whose major responsibility it is
to market to existing and potential customers. This session will take about one hour. During training, users will learn
how to create marketing lists and campaigns, mail-merge letters and collateral templates, export data, assign follow-ups,
and more.
Administrative Training
Administrative Training sessions are for the few individuals whose primary reasonability it is to maintain the
parameters specific to your institution. During training, users will learn how to adjust and maintain 360? View's
many parameters to best suit your institution's operating environment.
New Release Training
360? View is updated three times a year. After each new update, on-line training sessions will be available for
those wishing training on new features. The length of these sessions will vary with each update. Sessions are designed
for heavy users or internal trainers wishing to get up to date on the new features.
Training Materials
Training Manuals (General, Marketing, and Administrative) will be provided to your institution's primary 360? View
contact as requested. New Release features will be provided after each update for generally dissemination.
