David was most recently Senior Vice President and Sales Director for NVE Bank, a $575 million community Bank in New Jersey. Prior to joining NVE Bank, David served 17 years with Interchange Bank, a $1.8 billion commercial bank headquartered in New Jersey, where his last title was Senior Vice President and Director of Sales.   In his role as Director of Sales, David was responsible for directing and facilitating activities designed to improve the bank’s selling efforts and programs throughout the organization.  In addition, David worked with Department Heads on annual goal planning and developed and designed sales incentive programs company-wide. David’s experience is diversified in the financial services industry, having held senior level positions in Retail Banking, Commercial Banking, Marketing and Investments and Insurance.

inBusiness Services Granted Exclusive Right to Co-Brand and Co-Sell EnableSoft's Foxtrot PortMerge to the nation's ITI Banks
Nashville, TN - April 2, 2003 - inBusiness Services announced today that they have entered into an agreement with Orlando, FL based EnableSoft that grants inBusiness Services the exclusive right to co-brand and co-sell EnableSoft's Foxtrot Port Merge program to the more than 3000 US banks utilizing Information Technology, Inc.'s (ITI) bank data processing software. inBusiness Services will sell and market EnableSoft's port merge software under the name outReach Financial - Port Merge, powered by Foxtrot®.

outReach Financial - Port Merge, powered by Foxtrot®, will enable ITI banks a safe means of automating what has traditionally been a labor intensive and time consuming process of merging portfolios to eliminate duplicate individual customer records. The merge software includes a PC-based database application to sort and analyze the client's portfolio data identifying and tagging Customer Identification File (CIF) records as likely merge candidates and grouping each set of merge record candidates while identifying the probability that a merge operation is appropriate.

For example, records with identical name, address, SSN, and phone numbers will be grouped as "EXACT MATCHES" while records that are exact matches after applying equivalencies from the software's knowledge base will be in a "LIKELY MATCH" group. A user-friendly Windows application allows for swift review of merge candidates. Since all pertinent portfolio information is available for viewing on a single screen, it is a simple matter to analyze and make merge/no merge decisions and re-assign the lead record if appropriate. "EXACT MATCHES" may be merged en masse and "LIKELY" matches reviewed; significantly reducing the time required for the review step. The software provides the scripts that merge the data real time/online using the host system screens and functions just as it would be accomplished manually. All of the customer and address records are added to the surviving portfolio (if they are not already there) and the accounts are then pointed to the lead or surviving port. If no addenda remain and the "merged" portfolio can be deleted, it is. Since the scripting process uses actual host application screens to affect the merge of customer records, all of the normal host edit checks remain in place, providing an extra level of security to the process.
