Who We Are


inBusiness Services, Inc. is our corporate name. We had another name in mind at first, but quickly realized that was someone else's name. We have been in business, or inBusiness... ah, you get the pun now, since February of 2001. We are a Tennessee corporation located in Nashville, TN -- which means we rarely ever get snow and are generally one short Southwest flight from 60% of the U.S. population, the other 40% is not so easy to get to. All of our stock, which is traded only on the floor of our Nashville offices, is held by a very small group -- primarily the Three Dads (you can read more about them under Founding History).

We are a software development firm, which means we have a lot of very smart people on Our Team -- you want us to help you predict the movements of a tape worm, we have you covered. If you are thinking you like us so much you might want a Career here, please contact us and we will move some furniture around and make some room for you.

We spend all our waking time - well, most of it - growing one software solution that we call 360 View CRM. It is relationship management software for financial institutions. We have many great Clients located all over the county who provide us with new ideas and Testimonials because they like us, the fact that they owe us from losing last year's 360 View March Madness Bracket has nothing to do with it - nothing at all.

We are a Preferred Service Provider of the ICBA (Independent Community Bankers of America) and a BusinessTN Magazine Top 100 company (our way of letting you know we have a little "street cred"). Our mission is to Develop, Deliver, and Support the best Customer Relationship Management software for financial institutions on planet Earth. You've got to love a group who reaches for the moon but settles for the Earth.

Directions to our office:
Our corporate offices are located in Metro Center Business Park off I-65, exit number 85, in Nashville, TN.

If coming from North of Nashville on I-65 you will take a right off exit 85 onto Rosa Parks Boulevard. If coming from South of Nashville you will take a left off exit 85 onto Rosa Parks Boulevard. Off the exit follow Rosa Parks Boulevard for .3 miles before taking a right onto Great Circle Road. Go .1 miles before taking a left onto Mainstream Drive. Our office building, Riverview Building, is just up on the right. Our offices are located on the 4th floor, suite 420, of the Riverview Building at 545 Mainstream Drive.
